Beef Tacos with Mango Salsa

Seasoned ground beef in crispy taco shells topped with a sweet and tangy fresh mango salsa.
Ingredients
500g ground beef, 1 packet taco seasoning, 1/2 cup water, 8 taco shells, 1 ripe mango (diced), 1/2 red onion (finely diced), 1 jalapeño (seeded, minced), juice of 1 lime, 1/4 cup cilantro, shredded lettuce, sour cream
Instructions
1. Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain fat. Add taco seasoning and water; simmer 5 min. 2. Combine mango, red onion, jalapeño, lime juice and cilantro for salsa. 3. Warm taco shells per package. 4. Fill shells with beef, lettuce, mango salsa and a dollop of sour cream.
