Classic Caesar Salad

Crisp romaine lettuce, homemade croutons and a tangy Caesar dressing — the original crowd-pleaser.
Ingredients
2 heads romaine lettuce (chopped), 2 slices thick bread (cubed), 3 tbsp olive oil, 2 cloves garlic, 3 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 2 tbsp grated Parmesan, salt and pepper
Instructions
1. Toss bread cubes with 2 tbsp olive oil and a pinch of salt. Toast in a 190°C oven for 10 min until golden. 2. Blend garlic, mayo, lemon juice, Worcestershire, Dijon and 1 tbsp Parmesan until smooth for dressing. 3. Toss romaine with dressing until coated. 4. Top with croutons and remaining Parmesan.
