Blueberry Pancakes

Fluffy weekend pancakes bursting with fresh blueberries — a family favorite.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 cup milk, 1 egg, 2 tbsp melted butter, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 cup fresh blueberries, butter or oil for cooking
Instructions
1. Whisk together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. 2. In another bowl beat milk, egg, melted butter and vanilla. 3. Fold wet into dry until just combined (lumps are fine). 4. Gently fold in blueberries. 5. Heat a lightly buttered griddle over medium heat. 6. Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake. Cook until bubbles form on top (2-3 min), then flip and cook 1-2 min more. 7. Serve with maple syrup.
