Chocolate Lava Cakes

Decadent individual chocolate cakes with a warm, molten center. Ready in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients
115g dark chocolate (70%), 115g unsalted butter, 2 eggs, 2 egg yolks, 1/4 cup sugar, 2 tbsp all-purpose flour, pinch of salt, powdered sugar to serve, vanilla ice cream to serve
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). Butter and lightly flour four 6-oz ramekins. 2. Melt chocolate and butter together; stir until smooth, let cool slightly. 3. Whisk eggs, yolks and sugar until thick and pale. Fold in chocolate mixture then flour and salt. 4. Divide batter among ramekins. (Can refrigerate up to 1 day.) 5. Bake 10-12 min — edges set but center jiggles. 6. Let stand 1 min, run a knife around edge, invert onto plate. Dust with powdered sugar; serve immediately with ice cream.
